You are entitled to return goods within 14 days of receipt.

Where goods are returned, provided that are returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, complete and with the original packaging, we will exchange them or provide you with a refund.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
When returning an item you are strongly recommended to keep proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Furthermore we suggest you check carefully the condition of the packaging when you receive it, in order to be sure that your parcel isn’t torn or squeezed
If you find any problems you must communicate with us immediately after the delivery the same or next day on our telephone or email address.


Return Process

Complete the communication form of www.MetropolisLinen.gr or call us on +30 210 3231021 quoting your order number, your name, address and details of the goods received.
You will then be given an authorization number and advised on how to proceed with the return.


Exchange of an Item

You can exchange a product within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the item. Complete the communication form on www.MetropolisLinen.gr or call us on +30 210 3231021 giving us details about the product you want to replace and about the new item you have chosen. For all items that are exchanged there will be a new delivery charge.


Faulty Items Return

If the item you received is faulty, please complete the communication form on www.MetropolisLinen or contact us on  + 30 210 3231021 or send us an email on info@MetropolisLinen.gr quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product’s defect and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Then you will be given an authorization number and advised on how to proceed with the return. You have 10 working days from the day after receipt of the item to return it to us, in which case there will be no further delivery charges.
